The energy, camaraderie, and shared motivation of the room push you to work harder while still honoring your own pace and goals.</p><p>As a cycling instructor, I’m passionate about creating classes that challenge, energize, and bring people together. Outside of the studio, I’m currently training for my second HYROX race — a global fitness competition that combines endurance running with functional strength workouts — as well as the New York City Marathon this November. You’ll often find me training upstairs, continuing to push my own limits right alongside our members.</p><p>With a commitment to continued growth, I am currently preparing for my personal training certification.
